ISS has extensive experience in event planning and meeting
management services supporting federal agencies. Many of these
meetings are a result of ISS' current status as a participant in
DOE's Mentor Protégé program with a focus in event planning.
We have supported more than 500 national and international
conferences, meetings, and events. Our Event Planning/Meeting
Management Services originated to support government scientific and
research initiatives. By concentrating specifically on federal
clients and their subcontractors, ISS has gained extensive knowledge
of Federal Travel Regulations, amenities and other complex
requirements. Currently, ISS successfully coordinates 100-150
meetings annually in support of agency-specific peer and technical
review programs. Additionally, we support leadership panels,
summits, annual meetings, councils, and executive assemblies.
We currently provide
Event Planning/Meeting Management Services
with Certified Meeting Professionals functioning on-site and
off-site. Inclusion of Travel Services, in conjunction with
our Event Planning/Meeting Management Services, can provide
additional flexibility in personnel as well as cost efficiencies.
